Zinkers

This page basically serves as my “Zinker” collection.

A “Zinker” is a grave marker made from cast zinc, known also as “white bronze”, then sandblasted and treated with a steamed linseed oil coating. These markers are easily-spotted for their bluish-green color and remarkable crisp clarity of their epitaphs despite their advanced age.

This page represents Zinkers I’ve personally visited, in the order I’ve visited them. There’s a lot more out there.
